I will be filing suit in LA County courts to stop this individual from doing this to others! He is in the hospitality business, there is no room for that kind of demeanor. I understand from the staff he has a very short fuse when it comes to his temper. Again, let me say the front desk staff is good but this Manager is one of the worst I have seen. They don't change the sheets as they should unless you call them on it. He violates several CA laws, renting rooms that only accomadate 4-5 people to a group of 7 people.

When I informed the Manager that this was against CA Law and gave him the code section to read himself, he just didn't care and basically dared me to report him as he is above the law. Hoteliers try to do this so that they don't have to possibly go through the eviction process for someone that stays over 30 days. They refer to this as the ”28 day shuffle.” This is clearly against California Law Civil Section 1940.1. During this stay which has been longer than my usual I was informed by the Manager that I had to leave. The front desk staff has always been good at customer service even though the manager isn't. I have seen it been a nice safe haven, then go down hill with pot smoking and parties, then back up again to being a nice place to stay. 1.94km from Metro Pcs I have stayed at this establishment many times over the past 4 years.
